We ship with Registeret Air Mail that require a signature at reception.  To USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand we ship with Express Air Mail that does not require a signature.

If you know your contact lens details you can simply purchase your lenses in our website.

You can easily find your contact lens details on your most recent box of contact lenses. Or, in your contact lens prescription.

Your order will be placed immediately, and you will immediately receive an order confirmation email.

You do not need to send us a prescription to order your contacts, but you can always send us your prescription if you want us to verify that you have ordered the lenses with the correct parameters.

We have the most sold contact lenses in stock. What we do not have in stock (mainly toric lenses for astigmatism, lenses with "+" powers, coloured lenses and made-to-order lenses) is delivered to us directly from the manufacturer in a few days.

We inform about the expected shipping time in the product page, and also in the order confirmation email. This is based on the typical shipping time. When we start processing the order, we will send a new email confirming the expected shipping time.
